§ 6.14.030. Newspapers and magazines excepted.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to apply to the distribution and delivery of any newspaper or magazine having a general circulation to any dwelling house or place of business within the city, to persons who are regular subscribers to such newspaper or magazine.
