  § 13.28.090. Sewer impact fee by resolution.

  • The city council shall define, set and establish the sewer developer impact fee, identify the facilities to be constructed with the sewer development impact fee and determine the rates for the sewer developer impact fee to be applied by resolution after a lawfully noticed public hearing.

    Number of employees shall be computed based on the square footage of the building divided by four times the occupant load factor using Table No. 33A of the Building Code. Restaurants are required to submit a "seating plan."
