§ 9.36.040. Ambient noise level.

Where the ambient base noise level is less than designated in this section, the ambient noise level in this section shall govern.

Any noise at a level which exceeds the ambient or the ambient base level as set forth in this section, whichever is greater, by more than five dB when measured at the adjacent property line shall constitute sufficient proof of a violation.
