§ 9.28.050. Application of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to persons sitting on the curb portions of any sidewalk or street while attending or viewing any lawfully conducted parade; nor shall the provisions of this section apply to persons sitting upon benches or other seating facilities lawfully provided for such purpose; nor shall it apply to any person who is involved in lawful activity providing that such person is complying with all other laws, rules and regulations.
