§ 9.16.110. Hours of operation.

A.

All public parks within the city shall be open daily to the public, year around, from the hour of six a.m. to the hour of ten p.m.; and it is unlawful for any person or persons (other than city personnel or other governmental authority conducting appropriate city or governmental business therein), to occupy or be present in the park during any hours in which the park is not open to the public.

B.

Any section or part of the park may be declared closed to the public by the director of parks and recreation at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular or stated intervals.
