§ 8.12.160. Penalties.

Any person violating this chapter or any person permitting any animal owned by, boarded, harbored or in his custody or control, to be in violation of the restrictions placed upon such animals in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the applicable fine(s) as determined by resolution.
