Except as otherwise stated in this title, the rules, regulations, provisions and conditions set forth in that certain publication entitled "Kern County, Title 9, Public Peace, Morals and Welfare," as adopted and amended through Ordinance No. G-8587, passed September 1, 2015, is hereby adopted as the Psychoactive Bath Salts, Psychoactive Herbal Incense (Spice), and Other Synthetic Drugs Code of the City of Delano. A copy of this code is on file in the office of the city clerk.
