§ 7.36.090. Kern County Health and Safety Code Chapter 8.59—Adopted.

Except as otherwise stated in this title, the rules, regulations, provisions and conditions set forth in that certain publication entitled "Kern County, Title 8, Health and Safety," as adopted and amended through Ordinance No. G-8612, passed December 15, 2015, is hereby adopted as the Food Safety Education Code of the City of Delano. A copy of this code is on file in the office of the city clerk.
