Bright House Networks, LLC, hereinafter terms "grantee," its successors and assigns,
is granted a nonexclusive franchise to construct, erect, operate and maintain, upon,
along, across, above, over and under the streets, alleys, easements, public ways and
public places in the City of Delano and subsequent additions thereto, poles, wires,
cables and other television conductors and fixtures necessary for the interception,
sales and distribution of television signals and other services. This franchise shall
be in effect until December 31, 2006. The franchise will automatically extend for
one-year periods after December 31, 2006 unless either party notifies the other in
writing ninety days prior to the expiration of an extended term of its intention not
to extend the term.
