§ 6.22.060. Days and hours of sale.

No permit shall be approved and no sale shall be conducted unless under the following conditions:
A.

Garage sales will only be authorized twelve times a year.

B.

Garage sales shall take place only on the first full three-day weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) of each month during the calendar year.

C.

Garage sale shall not be conducted before 7:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. on the permitted days.

D.

Scheduled dates for garage sales within the city will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
