§ 6.14.010. Distribution—Restrictions generally.

It is unlawful for any person to distribute or throw upon any sidewalk, alley, street, park, or other public place, in the city, or in any automobile, truck, trailer, or automotive vehicle, being upon any public street, alley, driveway or park, not in possession or control of the person so distributing the same, any advertising sample, handbill, dodger, circular, booklet, or other notice of commercial advertising.
