§ 6.08.090. License: Expiration.

A.

Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be and remain valid until either surrendered by the owner, suspended by the city manager, suspended or revoked by the council, or expiration pursuant to Section 6.08.330.E. of this chapter.

B.

In the event of surrender, suspension, revocation, or expiration, no license deposit or fee, or any portion thereof, shall be refunded.
