§ 6.08.060. License: Applications: Grant and denial.

A.

Decision of the council. The council, in its discretion, may either approve the application and grant the license applied for, or deny the application and refuse to grant the license applied for.

B.

License conditions. Any such License granted by the council shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions, and provisions of this chapter as well as all laws of the city, state, or federal governments and such additional rules, regulations, terms, and conditions, if any, as the council, in the exercise of its discretion, may see fit to promulgate, determine, or prescribe for the particular license applied for.

C.

Decision of the council final. The decision of the council shall be final and conclusive.
