§ 2.64.060. Clerical assistance.

A copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be delivered to the city clerk for filing as part of the official records of the city, and copies of the minutes shall be distributed to members of the city council. Such clerical assistance and secretarial assistance as are needed by the board shall be provided by the office of the chief of police.
