§ 2.64.030. Organization and officers.

The board shall elect one of its members as chairperson, one of its members as vice-chairperson and one of its members as secretary, each of whom shall hold office for one year or until a successor is elected. In case of a vacancy in any of these positions, the board shall elect a successor who shall serve the unexpired balance of the predecessor's term.
