§ 2.56.190. Designated positions—Assigned to disclosure categories.
The positions set forth in this section are assigned to the corresponding disclosure categories set forth in Section 2.56.200:
Designated Position Disclosure Category Assistant City Clerk 1, 2, 3, 4 Assistant City Manager 1, 2, 3, 4 City Engineer 1, 2, 3, 4 Community Development Director 1, 2, 3, 4 Consultant* 1, 2, 3, 4 Economic Development Manager 1, 2, 3, 4 Finance Director 1, 2, 3, 4 Public Works Director 1, 2, 3, 4 Senior Building Inspector 1, 2, 3, 4 Elected/Appointed Official Disclosure Category City Clerk 1, 2, 3, 4 City Councilmembers 1, 2, 3, 4 Community Redevelopment Agency Director 1, 2, 3, 4 Planning Commissioner 1, 2, 3, 4 * The city manager may determine in writing that a particular consultant, although a designated position, is hired to perform a range of duties that is limited in scope and thus is not required to fully comply with the disclosure requirements described in this section. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The city manager's determination is a public record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this Conflict of Interest Code.
