§ 2.39.150. Insurance.

    All commercial operators on the airport operated by the city will obtain public liability and property damage insurance with a hold-harmless agreement in favor of the city, its officers and employees in the following amounts:

    1. Public liability $100,000.00 for each person,
    $300,000.00 for each accident;
    2. Property damage $25,000.00/$50,000.00;
    3. General liability $1,000,000.00; combined

     

    single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. If commercial general liability insurance or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.

    B.

    Certificates of insurance will be filed with the airport manager. Thirty days' prior notice of cancellation shall also be filed with the airport manager.
