§ 2.32.040. Residence requirements for membership.

All voting members of Delano City boards, committees and commissions, whether established by ordinance, resolution or minute order, shall reside within the corporate city limits of the city at the time of appointment and during their tenure. The city council may appoint a maximum of two persons, not to exceed a majority, to any city board, committee or commission provided said member resides within the city's sphere of influence, as defined from time to time by (LAFCO) local agency formation commission.
