§ 20.1.150. Community development director.

  • This Title shall be administered by the Community Development Director whose responsibilities include the following functions that may be carried out by authorized subordinate employees.

    The Community Development Director shall receive and review all applications for permits and approvals pursuant to this Title. Processing includes:

     ;hg;The certification of completed applications;

     ;hg;Responsibility for completion of appropriate documentation under the California Environmental Quality Act;

     ;hg;The establishment of a permanent file;

     ;hg;Giving and posting of public notices;

     ;hg;Collection of applicable fees;

     ;hg;Preparation of reports;

     ;hg;Processing of appeals;

     ;hg;Presentation of staff reports to the Planning Commission and City Council; and

     ;hg;The creation of a Project Review Committee to review projects (when necessary).
