§ 20.10.80. Development density.

  • The maximum allowable development density or intensity of development shall be as specified in the General Plan and as specified in the zone district within which the proposed development is to be located. In determining the allowable number of dwelling units on a development parcel, all remainders of fifty-one percent or greater shall be rounded to the next higher whole number, except as provided in Subsection 20.2.85.5.b.(4)(d) of this Ordinance. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, however, a density bonus may be granted to qualifying residential projects pursuant to Section 20.2.85 of this Ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 65915.
