§ 19.08.011. Rules, regulations and fees.

The city council shall, from time to time, by resolution, adopt such rules, regulations and fee schedules as are proper in carrying out the provisions of Sections 21000 through 21151 of the California Public Resources Code, also known as "The Environmental Quality Act of 1970."
