§ 16.12.030. Utility improvements.

Latest version.

The following utility improvements are required:
A.

Street lighting system, and electrical and gas service to each parcel in the subdivision;

B.

Sanitary sewage collection and pumping system;

C.

Municipal water distribution and fire protection system;

D.

Relocation and/or reconstruction of existing irrigation distribution lines as required by the public entity, the South San Joaquin Municipal Utility District (SSJMUD);

E.

Telephone and cable service to each residential parcel in the subdivision;

F.

Undergrounding of utility lines including electric, communications, street lighting and cable television in residential subdivisions.
