Subject to the additions, deletions and amendments set forth in California Code of
Regulations, Title 24, California Building Standards Code and the 1997 Edition of
the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Building Officials, is adopted by
reference as if fully set forth in this chapter with all of its indices and appendices
except as amended by Section 14.29.020.
