§ 14.12.020. Modification of National Electrical Code.

The following parts of the National Electrical Code are not adopted into the City Electrical Code, or are modified as provided herein:
A.

Article 550, Mobilehomes and Mobilehome Parks is deleted in its entirety;

B.

Article 551, Recreational Vehicles and Recreational Vehicle Parks is deleted in its entirety;

C.

Electrical permit fees shall be assessed as set forth by resolution of the city council and shall be payable prior to the issuance of such permit.
