§ 14.04.050. All residential buildings must have approved numbers or addresses displayed in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or road fronting the property.

  • It is unlawful for the resident of any residential building within the city limits of the City of Delano to fail to have approved numbers or addresses displayed on the building in such a manner that it is plainly visible and legible from the street or road fronting the property. The numbers shall be at least four inches in height and in contrasting color to the building. Failure to comply with this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars for a first offense, fifty dollars for a second offense, and one hundred dollars for each additional offense.
