§ 14.04.030. Section 107.3 amended—Plan review fees.*

    When a plan or other data are required to be submitted with subsection (b) of Section 302, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specification for review. Such plan review fee shall be set by resolution of the city council.

    B.

    The plan review fees specified in the subsection are separate fees from the permit fees specified in Section 107.3 and are in addition to the permit fees.

    C.

    The plan check fee deposit is nonrefundable, if the project is never built and no building permit is issued.

    D.

    Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan review, an additional plan review fee shall be charged in accordance with fees established by the city council by resolution.

    E.

    The plan check fee deposit is nonrefundable if the project is never built and no building permit issued. If a building permit is issued, the fee deposit will apply toward total plan check and building permit fees.

    F.

    Where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan review, an additional plan review fee shall be charged in accordance with the city's adopted fee schedule.

    *All fees will be adjusted annually, starting January 1, 2004, by the community development director in accordance with increases and decreases in the consumer price index for all urban consumers of the west and promulgated by the Bureau of Labor during the month of September.
